Big hubs get destroyed.
We are a network of small ones.

Who’s behind this

Imperia Hub is the logistics platform of Imperia Holding

For 28 years the group has been building distribution and logistics in Ukraine: owned warehouses, transport, field teams and contracts with global FMCG brands. Hub turns that end-to-end expertise — truck to shelf — into a service open to the market.

Why now

One big warehouse is one target

Centralized logistics worked until distribution centers became targets. The market is already shifting to smaller nodes.

−30%

of Ukraine’s warehouse capacity destroyed between 2022 and 2026 (industry estimates). Kyiv region accounts for 28% of the total.

<0,5%

vacancy for quality warehouses in the west of the country; Kyiv is around 3.5%. There is almost no free space left, and rates are climbing.

2/3

of goods went factory → store directly after the strike, at the worst-hit retailer. The distributed model is no longer theory.

Network

22 hubs. Every region.

Phase one of the Hub network — 22 nodes on group assets (52 owned warehouses in total). Our own people, our own transport. Floor areas, specifications and addresses follow an NDA.

Filters by temperature mode, dock and cross-docking arrive once node passports are complete

How it works

One request instead of five contractors

01 · NETWORK

A warehouse next to your points of sale

52

warehouses owned by the group. Nodes join the Hub network in phases; partner sites join under our passport and SLA. We are the operator and the guarantor at each one.

02 · PORTAL

Request, statuses, photos

1 screen

You create a request, see the estimate and follow every operation with photo evidence. One contract, one invoice.

03 · OPERATIONS

Our own people, all the way to the shelf

1 430

retail outlets in 30 cities are served daily by the group’s field teams — 547 distribution routes. Receiving, picking, delivery, returns.

Delivery and co-packing are not in the estimate — they are quoted from your map of points and your brief. Insurance is a separate line in the offer. Hryvnia amounts use an indicative rate; the contract uses the NBU rate on the invoice date.

Liability

Your cargo is insured. Against war too.

Bailee liability

The operator is liable for loss of or damage to goods at the warehouse and carries liability insurance. That is a standard we write into the contract, not something “to be agreed”.

War-risk cargo insurance

The EBRD / Aon URGF programme covers war risks for goods and transport in Ukraine. Policies are issued through Ukrainian insurers. We add the cover as a separate line in the offer.

For whom

Four scenarios, one contract

FMCG manufacturer

Regional buffers instead of a single DC. Delivery to chains and traditional retail from our own nodes.

Importer

A truck received at the nearest node, distribution across regions, labeling and promo kits done on site.

Retail chain

Backup capacity next to your stores in case the central DC is lost. Cross-docking without storage.

E-commerce with B2B

Storage and picking in the regions, short delivery legs, returns through the same node.

Why us

We start with assets, not with a platform

Logistics marketplaces without warehouses of their own have not survived anywhere. We are an operator with 28 years of Imperia Holding group expertise and a network of our own — the platform is added to it, not the other way round.
